We were born from the joint effort of coffee-growing families from the Mashuyacu River valley, in the province of Rodriguez de Mendoza, with the mission of cultivating an exceptional coffee that reflects our values: quality, unity, sustainability, and justice. Our cooperative promotes local development, protecting natural resources, and generating well-being for our communities.
To raise awareness, engage, and train specialized producers to position themselves in a highly competitive national and international market through alliances with strategic partners.
To be a cooperative of specialty producers, who produce and export specialty coffees with empowered women and youth, committed to caring for the environment.

We were founded in 2007 as the Agricultural Producers Association by a group of 50 coffee-growing families who sought to market their product in a more equitable and sustainable way. In 2021, aiming to improve the organization's performance in the productive, technical, and administrative areas, we began the process of changing our legal name to Cooperativa Agraria La Flor del Café, from Rodriguez de Mendoza.
